We want you to be completely satisfied with your Diane von Furstenberg purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are still intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
